Data Deletion Request
Cloverdy provides the following process for players of the mobile game Dust to request deletion of account data or gameplay data. This page may be used as the Google Play data deletion request URL.
1. How to Request Deletion
If you want to delete Dust user data, please use one of the methods below.
- If an in-app account deletion feature is available, use the account deletion menu in the Dust settings or options screen.
- If you cannot access the app or want to delete only part of your data, email admin@cloverdy.com.
2. Information to Include in Email Requests
To help verify your request and process it correctly, include the following information where possible.
- Request type: full account deletion, gameplay data deletion, support record deletion, or another specific request.
- Your Dust nickname or information that helps identify your account.
- Sign-in method: anonymous login, Google sign-in, or Apple sign-in.
- An email address where we can contact you.
Cloverdy may ask for additional verification to confirm that the requester is the account holder. Do not include sensitive information such as passwords, payment card numbers, or verification codes in your email.
3. Data That Will Be Deleted
| Account and authentication data | Firebase user ID, anonymous login ID, Google/Apple sign-in identifiers, nickname, and other account identifiers. |

| Gameplay data | Progress, virtual currency, items, buildings, characters, missions, tutorials, ranking scores, and save timestamps. |
| User-submitted data | Support messages, information included in bug reports, beta test registration email addresses, and similar submitted information. |
| Ads and diagnostics data | Ad reward records, crash logs, performance logs, and other service operation data directly retained by Cloverdy. |
4. Data That May Be Retained
| Purchase and transaction records | Records needed for refunds, purchase restoration, accounting, and legal compliance may be retained for up to five years. |

| Support and dispute records | Records needed for inquiry handling, abuse prevention, or dispute response may be retained for up to three years. |
| Backups and security logs | Residual copies in backups, security logs, or disaster recovery systems are generally deleted or anonymized within 90 days. |
| Legally required records | Minimum information required by law, law enforcement request, or legal claim response may be retained for the applicable legal period. |
5. Processing Time
After receiving a deletion request, Cloverdy reviews identity verification and request scope, then processes the request within a reasonable period unless there are special circumstances. We will notify you by email when deletion is complete or when additional verification is needed.
6. Notes
- After full account deletion, game progress, virtual currency, purchase restoration state, and ranking records may not be recoverable.
- Purchase and payment records retained directly by Google Play or Apple App Store are handled under each store's own policies.
- Data separately processed by ad networks, analytics SDKs, or other third parties may be managed under each provider's privacy settings or policy.
