Delete In App

If account deletion is available in the app, you can request deletion from the account deletion menu in the settings or options screen.

Email Request

If you cannot use in-app deletion or need additional help, please send us an email with the information below.

• Request: Dust account and personal data deletion
• Your in-game nickname or other information needed to identify your account
• Login method: anonymous, Google, Apple, or another method
• Email address where we can reply to you

Deletion Scope

After we verify the request, we delete or anonymize information retained to provide the service, including account data, gameplay progress, and ranking-related identifiers. Purchase records, dispute records, security logs, or other records required by law may be retained for the required period.

Processing Time

We process deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving and verifying them. If additional verification is needed, we may contact you by email.
