Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and operating rules between Cloverdy and users regarding Dust.

2. Acceptance and Changes

• You agree to these Terms by completing the in-app agreement process or using the service.
• Cloverdy may update these Terms when required by law, store policies, or service operations.
• Important changes will be announced through the app or website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Service

Dust is an online survival strategy mobile game. It may include saved game data, rankings, events, rewarded ads, in-app purchases, customer support, and updates.

4. Accounts and Data

• Dust may use anonymous login, Google login, Apple login, or other platform-supported authentication methods.
• You are responsible for protecting access to your account and must not transfer or share accounts with third parties.
• Data synchronization or recovery may take time due to network issues, device changes, abnormal exits, or abuse investigations.

5. User Obligations

You must not engage in the following activities:

• Using cheats, macros, automation tools, modified apps, or unauthorized clients.
• Bypassing or abusing servers, rankings, purchases, or ad reward systems.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or personal information without permission.
• Using abusive, hateful, obscene, impersonating, or advertising nicknames or content.
• Copying, analyzing, or distributing service source code, resources, or communications without permission.
• Violating applicable laws, store policies, or public order and morals.

6. Operational Measures

Cloverdy may take measures such as warnings, nickname changes, reward recovery, ranking exclusion, account restrictions, data correction, or data deletion to protect service stability, fair competition, and users.

7. In-App Purchases and Paid Items

• Purchases and refunds are handled according to the payment and refund policies of Google Play, Apple App Store, or the relevant store.
• Paid items may be used only within the service and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties.
• Items that have been used or have immediate effect may be restricted from withdrawal or refund except where required by law or store policy.
• If a payment error or missing item occurs, contact support with purchase receipt and account information.

8. Ads and Rewarded Ads

Dust may include ads. In-game rewards may be granted when rewarded ads are completed. Rewards may not be granted or may be recovered if network issues, SDK errors, abnormal access, or abusive viewing is detected.

9. Beta Tests and Events

• During beta tests, balance, content, rewards, and data may change or reset without prior notice.
• Ranking events and rewards follow separate notices. Accounts with confirmed abuse may be excluded from rewards.
• Test purchases, temporary rewards, or operator-granted items may not carry over to official service.

10. Intellectual Property

Rights to Dust's game code, graphics, sound, characters, UI, text, database, and other content belong to Cloverdy or legitimate rights holders. You may use them only as necessary for normal service use.

11. Service Changes or Suspension

Cloverdy may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service when necessary for updates, maintenance, security, legal compliance, business decisions, or technical reasons.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Cloverdy is not responsible for damages caused by natural disasters, network failures, store or platform failures, or reasons attributable to users.
• Free services and beta features do not guarantee stability, continuity, or specific results.
• Where Cloverdy is liable by law due to intent or gross negligence, liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will first be resolved through mutual consultation, and if consultation is difficult, the relevant court or dispute resolution body may be used under applicable law.
