Account and Data Deletion

Delete Your Account In App

Open the settings or account screen in Kkamnyang Knight, select the account deletion option, and follow the instructions. Once deletion is complete, you may be unable to sign in to that account or recover its gameplay progress.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot use in-app deletion or need help, email admin@cloverdy.com with the following information.

• Subject: Kkamnyang Knight account and personal data deletion request
• In-game nickname or other information needed to identify the account
• Login method: anonymous, Google, Apple, or another method
• Platform: Android or iOS
• Email address where we can reply

What We Delete

After verification, we delete or anonymize the authentication account, gameplay progress, currencies, items, preferences, and service identifiers. Purchase or dispute records and security logs that must be retained by law are protected separately and deleted after the required period.

Processing

We process the request within a reasonable period after verifying account ownership. We may contact you for additional verification and will notify you when deletion is complete or when a legal retention requirement applies.
