Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and operating rules between Cloverdy and users regarding Kkamnyang Knight.

2. Acceptance and Changes

• You agree to these Terms by completing the in-app consent process or using the service.
• Cloverdy may update these Terms when required by law, store policy, or service operations.
• Material changes will be announced through the app or website before they take effect.

3. Service

Kkamnyang Knight is an online mobile idle action RPG. It may include saved gameplay, stages and dungeons, rewards, advertising, in-app purchases, notifications, customer support, and updates.

4. Accounts and Data

• The service may support anonymous sign-in, Google sign-in, Apple sign-in, and other platform-supported authentication methods.
• You are responsible for protecting access to your account and must not transfer, sell, or share an account with another person.
• An anonymous account may be difficult to recover after app deletion, device replacement, or data reset unless it has first been linked to a platform account.
• Synchronization or recovery may take time because of network issues, device changes, abnormal exits, or abuse investigations.

5. User Obligations

You must not engage in the following activities:

• Using cheats, macros, automation tools, modified apps, or unauthorized clients.
• Bypassing, altering, or abusing servers, purchases, ad rewards, gameplay data, or operational systems.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or personal information without permission.
• Exploiting or distributing errors or vulnerabilities to obtain currency, items, or rewards improperly.
• Copying, analyzing, or distributing service code, assets, communications, or data without authorization.
• Violating applicable law, store policy, public order, or accepted standards of conduct.

6. Operational Measures

Cloverdy may issue warnings, recover rewards, correct data, restrict accounts, or delete accounts to protect service reliability, fair use, and users. Serious security threats or abuse may be addressed without advance notice.

7. In-App Purchases and Paid Items

• Purchases and refunds follow the payment and refund policies of Google Play, the Apple App Store, or the applicable store.
• Paid items may be used only within the service and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
• Items already used or applied immediately may be ineligible for withdrawal or refund except where applicable law or store policy requires otherwise.
• If a purchase fails or an item is missing, you may contact support with order or receipt details and information needed to identify the account.
• Items or currency may be recovered when duplicate grants, abnormal purchases, refunds, or payment reversals are confirmed.

8. Advertising and Rewarded Ads

The service may include ads and may grant in-game rewards after rewarded ads are completed. Rewards may be withheld or recovered when network errors, SDK failures, abnormal access, or abusive viewing is detected.

9. Updates and Events

• Balance, content, rewards, and features may change as the service improves.
• Events and rewards follow separately announced conditions and periods. Accounts involved in abuse may be excluded.
• Test-build data, test purchases, or temporary rewards may not transfer to the commercial service.

10. Intellectual Property

Rights to the code, graphics, characters, sound, UI, text, database, and other content of Kkamnyang Knight belong to Cloverdy or their lawful owners. You may use them only as needed for normal service use.

11. Service Changes or Suspension

Cloverdy may change or suspend all or part of the service for maintenance, updates, incident response, security, legal compliance, or operational needs. Advance notice will be provided where practical; urgent incidents or security matters may be announced afterward.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Cloverdy is not responsible for damages caused by natural disasters, network failures, store or platform failures, or reasons attributable to the user.
• Free and test features do not guarantee stability, continuity, or a particular gameplay result.
• Where Cloverdy is liable by law due to intent or gross negligence, liability applies to the extent required by applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through consultation. If that is not possible, the appropriate court or dispute-resolution body may be used under applicable law.
